EGG Beauty currently ships within South Africa only 🇿🇦

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery timelines depend on courier service performance and may vary by region.

Once an order has been dispatched:

• Delivery details cannot be changed
• Orders cannot be cancelled

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, available on our website.

Due to hygiene and safety requirements:

opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.

Where eligible, exchanges will be prioritised before refunds.

Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

If a product is defective, you may return it within 6 months of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
